With the market the way it is....The economy in turmoil....We are in a recession! Strategies need to be used by us to be able to survive. Most of us that have tried to sell their home in the last two - three years, have had trouble doing so. Not only are the value of homes suffering, but the Mortgage industry, if you watch TV news, read the newspaper or get your info from the internet, is in major trouble. These two situations alone, make it harder than ever to buy or sell a home. Not only do you need good credit at this point to buy, but to possibly sell without loosing all or most of your equity, we need the information to do so.
