With the market the way it is....The economy in turmoil....We are in a recession! Strategies need to be used by us to be able to survive. Most of us that have tried to sell their home in the last two - three years, have had trouble doing so. Not only are the value of homes suffering, but the Mortgage industry, if you watch TV news, read the newspaper or get your info from the internet, is in major trouble. These two situations alone, make it harder than ever to buy or sell a home. Not only do you need good credit at this point to buy, but to possibly sell without loosing all or most of your equity, we need the information to do so. It is always a good thing to know what your credit scores are. There are three different Credit Bureaus that compile your credit history (pay history), collections, judgements and liens. Until you know what is being reported on your credit reports, it's really tough to fix anything. We All Need Credit To Survive.....

Unfortunately in the last couple of decades, it has become important that we have a credit history, preferably, good or better credit. The only problem is that our economy has been so bad that it has taken a toll on our histories. Good employment is hard to find with all of the layoffs or companies going into bankruptcy. Also the cost of living, with the recession hasn't helped either. These problems have forced a lot of "US" into either bankruptcy or we've gotten behind on our bills. The problem is the bad history stays with you for ten years unless you know how to fix and rebuild.
